Clearwater Threshers - Florida State League North Division… First Half 17-51, 6th place… Second Half 32-38, 4th place… 4-2 for the week … OF Roman Quinn hit .357 (5-14), HR, 2 SB, 6 BB while posting a 1.143 OPS … Quinn finished his season with a .343 OBP, 7 HR and a system-best 32 SB … SS J.P. Lakewood BlueClaws - South Atlantic League North Division… First Half 27-42, 6th place… Second Half 26-42, 7th place… 3-4 for the week … 1B/C Willians Astudillo finished his season with a .333 average and 145 total hits, both of which were best amongst all Phillies minor leaguers … Astudillo hit .351 over the 2nd half of the season and .440 in August … OF Dylan Cozens stole 2 bases and tallied 6 hits, 4 of which went for extra bases … Cozens finished the year with a team-best 16 HR, 62 RBI and 23 SB … 2B Andrew Pullin hit .300 (6-20), 2B, 3B, HR … Pullin finished the 2014 campaign with a total of 133 hits, second-most amongst all Phillies minor leaguers … C Andrew Knapp tallied 5 hits which included 3 2B's and a HR … Knapp finished the year for LWD batting .290, 5 HR and 19 2B … 1B Zach Green totaled 7 hits which included 3 2B's and a HR … Green finished the season with 22 2B and 6 HR … 3B Mitch Walding had 6 hits including 2 2B's and a HR … Walding finished the year with 7 HR and 25 2B … OF Aaron Brown had 6 hits as he belted his first HR with LWD … In 14 games after his promotion from WIL, Brown hit .309 … Over 61 games in his first season as a professional, Brown batted .268 with 13 2B, 4 HR and 8 SB … LHP Yoel Mecias had his best start of the year going 6.0 shutout innings as he allowed just 4 hits and a walk with 7 SO … RHP Wil Morris stuck out 6 and did not walk a batter over 4.0 IP … RHP Ranfi Casimiro struck out 8 in his only start … LHP Joey Denato picked up 2 SV as he struck out 5 over 4.0 IP … Denato finished the season with a 1.93 ERA and 39 SO in 37.1 total innings between WIL and LWD … LHP Matt Imhof finished his first professional season with a combined 2.98 ERA over 3 stops (GCL, WIL, LWD) … In his first 42.1 IP as a pro, Imhof totaled 40 SO to just 11 BB.

Williamsport Crosscutters - New York- Penn League Pinckney Division… 33-43, 6th place … 2-6 for the week … OF Jiandido Tromp hit .290 (9-31) including a HR and 2 2B … Tromp finished the season with 14 HR for Williamsport which was tied for the lead in the NY-Penn League … OF Jose Pujols hit .310 with 9 H on the week including 2 2B … 1B Rhys Hoskins had 6 H on the week including 2 HR, finishing the season with 9HR in 245 AB … OF Cord Sandberg had 6 H on the week including 2 HR … C Deivi Grullon had 5 H on the week including 2 2B … Pitcher of the week RHP Edubray Ramos finished a very good year with his best week of the season …  Ramos appeared in 3 games, including 1 start … Overall he pitched 8.0 scoreless innings allowing just 1 BB and striking out 10 …  For the season in 3 stops between the VSL, GCL, and Williamsport Ramos had a 0.81 ERA with 48K and 10BB over 44.1 IP … RHP David Whitehead capped off a strong season with one start this week where he did not allow an earned run over 6.0 innings …  For the season Whitehead finished with a 2.14 ERA over 74.0 innings, striking out 43 and walking just 8 … Reigning POTW RHP Ricardo Pinto made another strong start to finish his season …  Pinto went 7.0 innings allowing just 1 R and struck out 9 finishing the season with a 2.11 ERA with 48 K and 15 BB in 47.0 innings … LHP Brandon Leibrandt allowed 3 R in his final start of the season, the 6th round pick had a 2.82 ERA with 67K and just 10BB over 60.2 innings (12 games) … RHP Calvin Rayburn ended an impressive first season as a professional with a 1.23 ERA and 9 saves in 22 games pitched.

GCL Phillies - Gulf Coast League Northwest Division… 36-23, 2nd place… 3-1 on the week … The GCL Phillies finished the season with a 21-6 record over the team's final 27 games … SS William Cuicas hit .308 with 2 3B in the final week ending the season hitting .310 with a .433 OBP … 2B Tim Zier hit .286 on the final week of the season, finishing the season with a .324 batting avg and .415 OBP … OF Carlos Duran hit .417 (5-12) with 2 2B in the final week of the season … Duran finished the year hitting .299 with 9 SB … LHP Denton Keys finished the season with 6 shutout innings, allowing just 4 H and striking out 5 … He finished the season with a 2.20 ERA, 35K, and 12BB over 49.0 innings … LHP Austin Davis threw 3.0 scoreless innings and picked up a save in his last appearance of the year … LHP Josh Taylor threw 4.0 scoreless innings and picked up a win in his lone appearance of the week …  Taylor gave up 3 H and struck out 7 …  In just 9 innings with the GCL Phils Taylor did not allow a run and struck out 13 batters.
