Pitcher: RHP Austin Hyatt, Williamsport Crosscutters. Was 1-0 for 1 start, 6 innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 1 walk, 10 strikeouts. Began pro career as the closer: 12 games, 2-0, 0.34 ERA with 6 saves before moving into the starting rotation on August 6. In his first five starts, he fanned 30 in 20 2/3 innings. He allowed 3 earned runs in those starts, increasing his ERA to 0.76. Last month, he was the Phillies Minor League Pitcher of the Month. The 23-year-old was selected in the 15th round in June out of the University of Alabama.

Player: 3B Neil Sellers, Reading Phillies. In 6 games, he hit .444 with 2 doubles, 2 homers among 12 hits. Drove in 6 runs.
