  • Phillies Salute to Jackie Robinson: Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 6:35 p.m. for the on-field pre-game celebration.
    •  Mahlon Duckett, second baseman of the historic Philadelphia Stars, will be honored on the field. The Philadelphia Stars was in existence from 1934 to 1952 and won the 1934 Negro National League pennant. Phillies players will also participate in the tribute.
    •  Honor Guard: Members of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, who made African American history at the same time Jackie Robinson broke the color line in Major League Baseball.
    • Phillies Jackie Robinson Scholarship presentation to: Whitney Muse, an alumnus of the Jackie Robinson Foundation and Najaii Comfort, an RBI All-Star softball player.
    •  Ashburn Alley: Take photos with a life-size, hand-carved and painted wooden statue of Jackie Robinson. The statue, which weighs over 250 pounds and stands over 6 feet tall, was created by sculptor Brian Birrer and took over 900 hours to transform from over 50 pieces of walnut, pine and basswood.
  • Temple University Alumni Association Night. First Ball: Matt Rhule, Head Football Coach.
  • Fiorenza's Food for Friends Night.
  • Phillies Extraordinary Scholar Winners presented by Cabrini College: Dominique Milillo (J.W. Hallahan High School, Philadelphia, PA) and Erin Hartman (Shawnee High School, Medford, NJ) will be honored for their work in the community while maintaining a minimum B average.  
  • Special Welcome EWMI and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
  • 5th Inning: Phanatic will perform with the Cabrini College Dance Team.

    • On-field festivities, which will stream live on phillies.com, include a captivating preview of the new Phanatic DVD on PhanaVision ... a ShopRite Happy Birthday Cake ... a fan-signed, Phanatic-sized birthday card presented to the guest of honor ... celebrity appearances and surprises ... and much more!
