Koplove, a 32-year-old Philadelphia native, spent 2008 with Triple-A Las Vegas, going 2-1 with a 3.46 ERA and nine saves. Lehr, 31, went 6-2 with a 2.10 ERA in 16 games (eight starts) for Triple-A Louisville.
Neal, 30, finished tied for second in the International League lead in saves (26), while going 1-0 with a 1.21 ERA in 38 games for Triple-A Toledo.
Cervenak, 32, played for Triple-A Lehigh Valley and finished fifth in the IL in batting average (.311) and tied for seventh in doubles (30).
Chavez, 25, combined to hit .232 with four home runs and 33 RBIs between Triple-A Nashville and Double-A Huntsville for the Brewers organization.
Furmaniak, 29, did not play in 2008 and has appeared in 29 career Major League games between the Pirates (2005) and Athletics ('07).
The 29-year-old Tiffee, currently playing in the Mexican Winter League, spent last season with Triple-A Las Vegas, where he led the Pacific Coast League in batting average (.378) and finished third in doubles (39) and fourth in on-base percentage (.416).
Tracy, 35, hit .288 with 22 home runs and 85 RBIs in 124 games for Lehigh Valley and led all IL first basemen in fielding percentage at .997.
Walker, 28, currently playing in the Mexican Winter League, hit .257 with a home run and 27 RBIs in 78 games for Triple-A Salt Lake in 2008.
