Pitcher: LHP Joe Savery, Clearwater. 2-0 for 2 starts, allowing 1 earned run, 6 hits, 2 walks and 1 earned run in 13 innings. Struck out 9. He's won 3 in a row and 5 of last 6 decisions. During August: 3-0, 1.00 for 18 innings. For the season: 8-9, 4.01 ERA for 25 starts. The 22-year-old was the Phillies 1st-round selection a year ago out of Rice University.
