Ibanez could return from injured groin Saturday
PHILADELPHIA -- Raul Ibanez was out of the starting lineup for the fourth straight game Friday, but there is a chance he will return Saturday afternoon against the Marlins.

"He's doing good," general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said. "He's doing better. He might be available tomorrow."

Ibanez hit and shagged fly balls during batting practice Friday. He was out on the field at around 3 p.m. ET fielding fly balls and testing out his injured left groin.

Ibanez pinch-hit in the ninth inning of Friday's 6-5 loss and singled with one out. Cliff Lee pinch-ran for him and scored from first on an RBI double by Michael Martinez to trim the Marlins' lead to one.
