Happ's second bullpen session goes well

|
PHILADELPHIA -- Injured left-hander J.A. Happ was fine following his second bullpen session on Friday, pitching coach Rich Dubee said. Happ (left forearm strain) apparently has cleared that second hurdle and will likely throw a third bullpen before going to Clearwater, Fla., on Tuesday.

Amaro said he didn't know when Happ would begin his rehab assignment.

And despite some tense moments in the final inning of Friday's 5-1 win over Boston, Dubee was happy with J.C. Romero's progress in his work coming back from offseason elbow surgery.

"He's starting to get into a nice comfort zone," Dubee said. "He's doing fine. He's getting in shape."
